How to Develop a Business Plan 

Speaker: Ray Burgan, SCORE Volunteer

Ray Burgan serves as a SCORE volunteer. SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives, offers expert mentorship for startups or similar small businesses.

Ray has extensive executive and hand-on experience in business operations, both large and small, and spent 20 years in manufacturing and quality control. Having worked at a billion-dollar company and then owned his own small business, Ray applies his learnings to various sizes and types of companies. He has demonstrated experience in marketing and strategy focused on developing growth plans for large and small businesses, developing business plans, budgets, and analyzing financial documents. He helps business owners identify their businesses’ strengths and weakness, competitive advantages, and uses the information to develop proven strategies for growth.
