Peter Mouw is the Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer at IncredibleBank. In this capacity, he oversees sales and credit functions across multiple divisions, including Business Banking, Specialty Lending, Mortgage, and Wealth Management. His leadership ensures compliance with regulatory standards, alongside achieving profitability and growth targets crucial for the bank's success.

Peter holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Wharton Leadership Certificate from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations with an Economics emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He joined IncredibleBank in 2007 as the Vice President of Business Banking. During his time at the bank, he also served in leadership roles in areas of Business and Specialty Banking, Loan Operations Support, Product Innovation, and Credit and Underwriting. This breadth of experience gives him a deep understanding of banking operations and management.
